The McDowell Environmental Health Authority duties and goals are to provide unbiased recognition, monitoring and education on the growing links between environment and disease; such as cancer, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Heart Disease, Lung Disease, Birth Defects, Autism, Auto-immunity and others. We shall report sources of existing environmental health threats and inform the public.
